简介：祝磊博士毕业于加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学sauder商学院，现任曼尼托巴大学asper商学院副教授，研究方向为行为伦理学和个人印象等。已获得多项sshrc(加拿大社会科学与人文研究委员会)资助并且发表在多个领域的顶级期刊，包括《journal of applied psychology》、《journal of business ethics》、《social psychology》、《social psychological and personality science》、《cognition》、《organizational psychology review》、《proceedings of the national academy of sciences of the united states of america》（美国国家科学院院报）等期刊上发表论文15篇。目前是《journal of vocation behavior》的编委会成员，并担任《organizational behavior and human decision processes》、《journal of applied psychology》、和《journal of personality and social psychology》等期刊的特约审稿人。
